Terms and Conditions for participating in the IQOS Refer a Friend program

The following terms “Philip Morris”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Philip Morris (New Zealand) Limited of Ground Floor, 46 Sale Street, Auckland CBD, New Zealand.

The following terms “you”, “your”, “customer” and “consumer” means you and any other person who uses the Website, registers as a User or orders Products under your Account. The Website, as well as the products offered for sale on the Website (“Products”), are exclusively for consumers that are at least 18 years old, are smokers or vapers and are residents of New Zealand. Only individuals who are registered on the Website are eligible for full access and for purchasing Products (“Users”).

Philip Morris reserves the right to amend or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time without notice. Any changes to the program or new terms and conditions will be available on the au.iqos.com website. The terms and conditions on the website at the time a referrer or friend uses the Refer a Friend program will be the terms and conditions that apply.

By participating in the Refer a Friend program, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1.Application of terms/eligibility

1.1 You are only eligible to participate in the IQOS Refer a Friend program as a referrer if you are an IQOS product user aged 18 years and over and you are registered in our database.

1.2 You (the referrer) must ensure that you have asked for your friend/family member’s (the referee) permission before you refer them through this program.

1.3 The referee must be aged 18 years or over and a smoker or vaper.

1.4 The referee must be a first-time IQOS purchaser.

2. IQOS Refer a Friend Discount Codes and Reward Codes

2.1 Friend/Family Member (‘Referee’) Discount Codes

2.1.1 Philip Morris reserves the right to refuse the issue of any code to a referrer or the use of a referrer’s code by a friend at any time, if Philip Morris reasonably believes that the referrer or friend is abusing this program or is otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.

2.1.2 Referrer codes cannot be used for device upgrades.

2.1.3 Referrer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

2.2 Referrer Reward Codes

2.2.1 Refer a Friend Reward Codes cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent and must not be traded or sold.

2.2.2 Refer a Friend Reward Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.
